We will issue refunds for (1) damaged items, (2) defective items, or (3) wrong items shipped, within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to the low cost nature of our products, and for hygienic reasons, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for any other reasons (change of mind etc.)
If you need to return an item for one of these three reasons, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. If the return is authorised, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label and request that you send the item back to us within 30 days of receipt. Please follow the below steps to complete your return:
- Securely pack the item(s)in a post bag with the original packing slip. The bag and packaging your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our distribution centre undamaged. Standard postage envelopes are not an effective way to protect your return shipment, as items may be crushed during transit.
- If you chose to use the packaging your order was shipped in, please make sure to remove any existing labels/stickers.
- Print the return label and affix it securely to the top of the package.
- Please take the package to your nearest Auspost facility for delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns from the USA and NZ.
Brush Huis will only accept returns for damaged items, defective items or wrong goods shipped. If you have received your order under these circumstances, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your order number and your relevant concern and we will do our best to organise a resolution.
